It is also important that you use the right tools as you do these things, so we recommend using a soft-bristled toothbrush, fluoride toothpaste, and antibacterial or fluoride mouthwash.
· Have a balanced diet: If you eat healthy foods, your pearly whites will remain in tip-top shape. So, we recommend eating lean meats (like chicken, turkey, and fish), low-fat dairy products, fruits, vegetables, and whole grains on a daily basis.
· Visit your dentist: It is vital that you attend your six month checkups so you can completely prevent gum disease. These appointments are also valuable because your teeth will be professionally cleaned, you will receive a fluoride treatment, and your entire oral cavity will be examined for issues.
